The apartment is very clean, modern and has plenty of natural light. It is the second floor of a private house and has a shared yard with a separate entrance to the apartment through the main staircase.
The house is located just off Nutsubidze street in a quiet neighborhood. This allows you to be close to the center but enjoy a much better air quality.
