Beautiful duplex bungalow in the heart of Echo Park with lovingly cared for garden, porch and patio. This one bedroom and dining room is one block from Sunset blvd in the midst of everything you could possibly ask for in Echo Park. Morning light brightens up the entire home and garden. Tucked away into a complex of bungalows, you'll forget you're in the middle of an exciting and vibrant neighborhood. This home is lgbtq friendly and does not discriminate on race or background.
Hello and welcome to my oasis! One bedroom, dining room, living room, full bath, kitchen with full appliances, laundry (!), porch, patio, garden, beautifully decorated, and walking distance (one block) from the town of echo park. Cafes, an abundance of restaurants, music venues, grocery store, pharmacy, multiple taco trucks, the park with daily paddle boat rides around the lake, and day and night activities are within a five minute walk. A ten minute drive to downtown or a two minute drive (literally) into Silverlake, there really isn't a better and more accessible part of town. Help yourself to vegetables from the garden or pick yourself a bouquet of flowers. Add a variety of herbs from the garden to your home cooked meals and enjoy your food and drink while resting in the shade in the garden. Wooden floors, artwork on the walls, and plenty of care all contribute to a relaxing visit. I'm an artist and I am happy to leave a list of all the major galleries and art exhibitions around town.
Internet wifi and landline available
This is my home so I have some personal things that will be hidden away in a closet, however if something isn't locked up, then help yourself.

I'm an artist in Los Angeles. I exhibit internationally in galleries and museums and I sometimes take positions in various universities as a visiting professor in painting and drawing. I have family around the US and France and I travel often for art and to visit them. I am very close with my family, I love traveling, and everything related to art and gardens. In Los Angeles I live in a small bungalow with a beautiful little garden that I care for. I drive ten minutes everyday to my studio where I draw every day. I love Los Angeles for her diversity, sunshine, and open space that allows me to think freely and quietly.
