Nestled in the artistic centre of Brisbane is my beautiful designer home. Featuring stylish interiors, generous rooms and the convenience of the CBD, this is the perfect place to stay.
Newly renovated interiors and quality finishes provide guests a comfortable space to enjoy the best of Brisbane’s inner-city cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. My home includes two generous bedrooms, chic open plan living, and is easily accessible by transport. This is the place where memories are made!

The space

A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat situated in the heart of Brisbane’s Bowen Hills - home to the city’s trendiest brunch spots and glamorous nightlife bars. You’ll find yourself less than 6 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, where you can soak up the best of Australia’s most modern capital city.

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a generously-sized beautiful white-wash kitchen with premium finishes and functionality. With executive stainless steel appliances, a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests to whip up meals in style.

Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a large family dining table seating up to 6 guests generously. Full crockery, place mats and dining utensils are provided to ensure you can keep yourselves entertained throughout your time away in Brisbane. The table serves as functional desk space for the travelling professional as well.

My living room is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Guests can enjoy the designer lounge seating as well as a large flat screen TV. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertaining balcony that is fabulous for a morning cup of coffee or for a few drinks before heading out to enjoy the night. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits two guests comfortably. Extra towels, crisp linen and pillows are provided upon request.

All bedrooms include crisp, hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows ready for a cosy night’s sleep. Both bedrooms are generously sized with abundant natural light, and also feature large sliding wardrobes with mirrors, storage, as well as windows that keep each room feeling airy and spacious.

With a stone top handbasin and granite splashback, plus a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, my main bathroom will service all your needs. With European quality finishes throughout, I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

Interaction with guests

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.

- This listing has a very strict no party policy and only the guests who are staying at the house, are allowed to be on the premises. There are neighbours and therefore want to minimise excessive noise. Your help in keeping noise low, is much appreciated. Adjoining neighbours will complain to the police, council rangers will come and this could lead to an eviction of the property. This can all happen really quickly - so best use the house as a base to explore Bowen Hills and Brisbane.

Paul's place was in a great position as it was close to the Showgrounds, it took us about five minutes to walk there. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets etc. I saw other reviews that it was too small for six people, but for us it was perfect just for the weekend.

Place was close to restaurants and shops. Quite central. Neat and tidy. Had everything you need although quite small and the couch not very big or comfortable. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if we hadn't had problems with finding the place as air BnB takes you to wrong address and then had issues with not being able to contact host and getting into apartment as key was not where it was meant to be and we were stuck outside for nearly two hours.

Paul's place was a great decision! Easy walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the Queen street Mall, awesome restaurants the King street 'Paddock to Plate' precinct literally on the doorstep! Paul's communication was constant and lovely.

Paul's apartment was clean, modern and had the essentials. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all. The sofa bed was a little on the small side but did the job. It is in a good location, quiet considering its proximity to the city with easy access by public transport if required and the off street parking was a bonus. There were lots of restaurants on street level (would recommend II Verde - great pizza!!) for lunch and dinner.
