Set in Sa Pobla, a 15 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro Beach, this grand villa offers accommodation to 8 people.
The house with stone-lined facade counts with a nice patio with a 6m x 3m chlorine pool (depth: 1.2m). Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the six loungers, or great al fresco dining underneath the starry sky. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? A staircase leads you to the barbecue where you can prepare delicious meats and vegetables. Before and after swimming, you could use the exterior shower. There's an amazing terrace on the first floor with artificial lawn area, garden furniture and a ping pong table.
The style of the house permits you to enjoy life outdoor as there are sunny and shady terraces. As there are some staircases (both indoors and outdoors), this house is not recommendable for people with restricted mobility. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
When entering the house, there's a airy hall which gives access to the rooms of the ground floor as well as to the first floor (through a staircase). The elegant and air conditioned living room has a TV with satellite channels (German and Spanish channels) and a DVD player. The exquisite dining room invites you to enjoy meals with your loved ones. The kitchen has access to the terrace and the pool and it is well equipped, including a vitro hob. Besides, in the same space there's another big dining table and a sofa with TV so you can take a break from cooking. There's a toilet on the ground floor.
There are three tastefully furnished bedrooms on the ground floor; two with a double bed and one with two twin beds; all fitted with A/C, wardrobe and bath en-suite. The first en-suite bathroom has even a massage shower and a bathroom! If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. The fourth bedroom with double bed, A/C and wardrobe is - same as a toilet - on the first floor. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Sa Pobla is a genuine village in the center north of Majorca, just a 15 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro Beach and the golf course of Pollença. You could visit the old town of Pollença or the Calvari. Supermarkets, restaurants and much more can be found in Sa Pobla. If you like tapas, you could try this delicious small dishes on the main square of Sa Pobla and meet the locals. The northern beaches are mostly fine grained with moderate swell and family-friendly. Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort have - during the summer - a big leisure offer.
