Light and airy two bedroom annex built in 2017 by local design team. Sociable open plan living room and kitchen. Second bedroom can either be two singles or one double (please let your host know which suits your group when booking). Great design features like reclaimed timber bar top, underfloor heating, pale wood flooring and roof lights with views up through tree canopy. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private timber decking, a wonderful sun trap, especially in the evenings.
The apartment is on one floor. There is a small step on to the decking outside the front door, this is the only step. The kitchen has a two ring induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and is fully kitted out with all cooking implements and crockery.
Parking permits are available for purchase. Parking is on the quite road outside the house. Parking is £1 an hour and free on Sundays.
