This house in the heart of the Art District (West Greenville) is not only a stones throw to a great part of town, but also less than 1 mile from downtown. It is furnished with European antiques, Persian rugs, high end mattresses, and a great space to suit you and your group's needs for a great weekend in Greenville!
Located in the Art District close to many new art galleries, restaurants (The Anchorage), coffee shops (Village Grind) , and walking areas (Pendelton street, the West End), this house is close to so many things Greenville. Also very close is the Greenville Drive baseball stadium and South Main/ Falls Park. These areas have helped make Greenville a beautiful city to visit.
Guests have access to anything in the house. We want you to feel at home when you stay at one of our properties. The crawl space under the house is the only area off limits.
We provide towels and linens and some toiletries. There is an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels and dish soap. If you require more supplies during your stay, we can easily direct you to the McBee square publix which is not far from the property.
Interaction with guests
This property has an automatic lock with a code which will be given prior to check in.
Other things to note
If families are traveling with young babies, we will be happy to provide a pack n play and bedding if availability allows. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive!
We understand that you will want to maximize your time in Greenville so we offer an early check in option and late check out option that you can reserve ahead of time. There is a slight fee for each (we just have to bring in extra staff to make this possible for you).
Normal check in is 4:00 PM. Early check in is 1 PM
Normal check out is 10:00 AM.
Late check out is Noon

- Note, if you need a later checkout, please make sure to contact us. There is a small fee, but we are more than happy to accommodate if we can! There is no dishwasher so please put up all used dishes back to their spaces. If you could start a load of towels and sheets, we would greatly appreciate it. Please turn AC up to 80 degrees in Spring/Summer when you leave or turn heat down to 65 degrees in Winter to help conserve energy. Please also put any excess trash in bins at the side of the house. Close and lock all doors upon leaving. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you! Have a safe trip home!
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

My husband and I are Greenville natives and have returned after both finishing Active duty service in the US Army. My husband was an super awesome Armor Officer and I was a Nurse Corps Officer. We loved traveling and staying in wonderful homes throughout the world, so we want to bring some of that experience to you, our guests.
