The apartment is very secure and private so ENJOY as you want - just please respect the neighbors and look after the apartment as if your own.
You are welcome to have up to 4 adults stay - if you need more bedding for a 5th adult or a cot for a baby, please let me know so we can arrange a folding bed for a small extra charge.
Check-in is from 2-8 pm and check-out is strictly 10am - this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning between bookings. We can try to be flexible especially if there are no back to back bookings. We will normally charge for arrivals after 8pm.
As it is a privately owned holiday apartment please do not approach the Front Desk for collection or return of keys - we will arrange a specific time to meet you, normally in the foyer of the building, for check-in and hand over of keys.
For your initial convenience we provide a reasonable quantity of the basics: tea/coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies if needed.
Cleaning fee is for laundry and getting the house clean prior to your arrival and after your departure. We are not supposed to clean your dishes, please do your own washing up or get dishwasher started, leave the apartment as you found it best you can. We want to keep the cleaning fee low for everyone
This is not a serviced apartment however should you require this service during your stay we are able to offer it at an additional cost

I have worked in hospitality for many, many years all over the world - Fiji, Israel, Japan, Oman, Mexico, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, UAE.... Originally English, married to Claude a French lady who I taught skiing to in Italy, we emigrated to Australia in 1986.
Love sports (marathons, skiing, tennis, triathlon..) and travel (visited almost 100 countries) and try to combine the two as much as possible.
Bought the apartment of our dreams in Surfers Paradise and have transformed it into a real holiday experience and look forward to retiring there one day.
