A luxurious, rural retreat with spectacular views over Saltaire and the Aire Valley. A cottage-style bungalow with its own private deck and access to a heated Summerhouse. Tucked away on an ancient Bridleway above Baildon Village, a short distance to the trig-point on Baildon Moor where you can experience stunning 360 degree horizons or spot landmarks up to 40 miles away! It's a great place to "get away from it all" or use as a base to explore the many attractions in the area. Air conditioning.

The space
Titus has been sympathetically converted from former stables into a beautiful living space with all modern amenities.
Approached via an enclosed patio area with seating and lighting. The lounge has French doors to a south-facing, furnished deck, perfect to enjoy an evening drink as the sun goes down. A 32" smart TV (freeview play) is provided with DVD player. Dining is at a bar-style table under a picture window to views of open fields and the valley beyond. Fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer. Utility room with washer/dryer and coat/boot space. Cosy bedroom with King-size bed, coloured glass feature window and TV. Shower room with monsoon shower-head and separate hand-set. Under-floor heating throughout and separate towel radiator. Free WiFi. Welcome essentials provided in the kitchen and bathroom for your arrival. Hopefully, we've thought of everything!

For 2020 we have now added Panasonic air conditioning. This includes NanoeX technology, which works as follows,

Hydroxyl radicals are unstable molecules looking to react with other elements like hydrogen, capturing it. Thanks to this reaction, Hydroxyl radicals inhibit the growth of pollutants such as bacteria, viruses, moulds, and odours, breaking them down and neutralising the unpleasant effects. This naturally occurring process has major benefits to improve indoor environments.

Guest access
Dove Hall heated Summerhouse where you can relax and enjoy the views either on the decking or inside. Swing seat with stunning views across the valley.

Short walks to moor and village pubs and restaurants.

Other things to note
At Dove Hall paddock we have a small flock of friendly, miniature sheep who you are welcome to meet!
