We loved our stay so much! Marleni and Arnold were so accommodating and helpful, they really made our stay easy. Breakfast was amazing. The selective coverage of the wifi (only worked on the patio, not on our room) and the lack of hot water in the shower were our only complaints. Of course the view makes up for both of those :)

Response from Denis:
Hi Vicky. I m glad you had a good stay. You should have told Marleni about hot water, sometimes the key for the water is turn off, she would have fixed it immediately. Saludos

Room in Saya Wasi house with a fantastic view of the city. Good breakfast, great location, secure and comfortable. The view alone made the stay!

Saya Wasi is so cute and such a nice place to relax after a grueling 4 day trek to Machu Picchu. They have free breakfast which they will custom make at the time that works best for you, and hot water which is not always a given! They also let us leave our suitcase at their place during our trek. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay, so highly recommend staying here!

Wifi is very bad in this location. The view is spectacular but there is no insulation in the 3 rooms. You get 1 furnace that turns off after 1 hour and there is no hot water. Biggest issue was the constant change in temperature because there isn't sufficient heating to counteract the lack of insulation. Owner and hosts are great which counteracted the cons of the location. Wouldn't stay here again but nice view, and attentive service.

Response from Denis:
Hi Daniel. I m sorry for the inconvenients you had. This is South America. Insulation does not exist in Peru. You should have mentionned the problems to Marleni. The hot water works with a heather, she would have fixed it immediately. The heather to warm the room turns itself off after one hour for security reasons. You have to iniciate it. Have a good trip.

Great 3 night stay! Loved the view and the extremely comfy bed. Had no problems with communication before or during the stay. Breakfast was great. Only small complaint was that the shower wasn't quite hot enough to take away the chill; it was warm enough but not as hot as home.

This AirBnB is not to be missed! The view is so truly spectacular, the bed was so comfortable and the hosts were so kind. What we didn't expect was breakfast every morning, but it was delicious! Fresh fruit, eggs, toast, etc. Would absolutely recommend staying at this location!!!
