Imagine a coastal haven, hidden on a sheltered corner of the wild Atlantic Ocean - Seaview Lodge is a beautifully restored cottage which has been completely refurbished, modernised and luxuriously decorated. It is situated on a quiet little road in the beautiful countryside of West Clare with scenic rugged coastline and beautiful sandy beaches on its doorstep.

The space
The house has bright, luxurious, spacious rooms and is furnished to the highest specifications.

It features a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. High speed fiber broadband is available throughout the house with Netflix, Prime and Disney channels available and Smart TVs in every room.

The rest of the house comprises of a main bathroom with rainfall shower, 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with en-suite. 1 twin bedroom with
2 single beds and an additional twin bedroom with 2 small double sized be-spoke custom made bunk beds, decorated and furnished with kids in mind, but this bunk bed can also accommodate adults alike.
This room features a smart TV with kids channels, LED novelty lighting and toy storage containing a large selection of kids toys.

An outside seating and dining area allows you to soak up the wonderful view and spectacular sunsets.

Seaview lodge may look like a cottage from the outside but when you walk inside you will feel like you have entered a very special relaxing place with the vibe of a small boutique hotel.

A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Guest access
The house is detached and fully enclosed with a wall and gates which makes it perfect for young children. It is located on a peaceful county road with a dairy farm as our nearest neighbour up the road.

Other things to note
Carrowmore Beach is a sheltered sandy beach just short walking distance from the house. Surfers find excellent conditions at Doughmore Beach, just a few minutes away. Doughmore is also great for sea kayaking, long beach walks and horse riding. The Atlantic coast of West Clare is renowned for the clear waters with an abundance of marine life, perfect for scuba diving. A scuba diving centre with excellent classes for beginners is located in Kilkee with needed equipment being provided.

2024 - LUXURY RENOVATION Seaview lodge was my Great grandmothers home. Over the years it has been renovated and extended. In 2024, it has been transformed into a luxurious, modernised retreat with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and all the high tech elements of today’s modern world. Seaview Lodge has the ultimate relaxed vibe. It really is, in my opinion, a little piece of heaven and I hope all my guests love it as much as I do.
