Nice modern cottage for 1- 5 people with garden, BBQ, fireplace, animals dom. for 10€ per day. We have bicycles for renting. Near the house is a beautiful forest and fresh air. You can go jogging or strolling with your dog.
Parking is free. In sommer time we have a swimming pool. By arrival please pay city tax , facilities for gas, water and electricity (about 3€ pro person ans day).

The space
Our house and the cottage are in Berlin-Karlshorst. It is very calm. Within 5-10 min by bicycle from the house you can rich the train station (S-Bahn S3 /RE to the city centre (Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstraße) within ~15 min, and the Hauptbahnhof (main station) within ~25 min. The way to S-Bahn is 15-20 min and to the Tram 10 min. To the tram you go by foot 10 minutes, to urbane line 15-20 minutes
All around the residential area in Karlshorst, in fact just behind the house, is a forest wherein one can walk the dog, go for jogs, etc. There are cafés, pups, restaurants and shops all within 5-10 min from the house by bicycle /foot.
Nearby, there are sport halls, e.g. Tennis, swimming, etc. About 10 min by car/train from the cottage is the Spree River, Pier Treptow, and Friedrichsfelde Castle. there is also the lake Müggelsee within 15 min by the S-Bahn, where, depending upon the time of the year, one can sail, go for bike ride, and when frozen, ice-skate on the lake.
We recommend you make use of the bicycle to get around the local area - if you happen to have none, we have about 7 bicycles at hand to hire.
The house, cottage and garden have been recently completely renovated.
The holiday house is fully furnished, with modern bathroom and lovely kitchen. Central heating. WLAN internet. There is a well-tended shared garden with BBQ seating area.

Free car parking is also available.

The hosts are very friendly and love to chat with guests.
The landlady offers German lessons to those interested, (and, if you happen to speak French or Slavic languages, would love to learn from you!).

For a small amount you can find a lot of cafés and restaurants for, breakfast and half-pension meals are offered - excellent German cuisine!

We hire out our bicycles when needed.

Holiday House: Price
This depends on the season.
During Christmas / Newyear EUR 100 / day,and 5 dass, and otherwise EUR 60 - 80 / day. This is a fixed sum which can be divided among the tenants.

Facilities (water, gas, energy) are pay separate, and are calculated based upon usage.

Other things to note
You can bring your animals, your cat, your dog etc. the price is 5€ per day. For Energy (Gas, water, electricity) pay separate in the end. In Silvester I rent this house for 5 days.

I am looking forward to guests from all over the world and speak some English, Russian and a little Polish except German. French will also be added soon. I'm learning this beautiful language right now. I play the piano and also have 2 violins waiting for players. As a teacher of German, I can help you improve this language. My compartments are also chemistry and biology. I help high school graduates or younger students with tutoring in German and Nawi. In our big garden we can play table tennis or dream by the open fireplace. Of course, this depends on the season. However, we have already managed to have a Siberian garden party. My motto is: Tun and Ruh'n in the right degree. And remember, the early bird catches the worm!
