Canal front home in Crystal river with 150’ of Seawall. Close to gulf and Springs.

This is a very walkable neighborhood. We are next to State Park and it has a 7 mile bike trail and load of walking trails.

Great area to Kayak in.

The space
We are nestle on a corner lot overlook state lands on the other side of the canal. You can walk, bike and kayak in the state lands.

Close to all restaurants and boat ramp is just a mile away.

Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourself. Washer and dryer on are site with 4 load worth of detergent available.

We provide 1 rolls of paper towels, napkins and 2 rolls Toilet paper for your stay.

There is plenty of spices left in kitchen you won’t need to bring any.

In the kitchen we also have dish detergent and dishwasher detergent provided for you.

The coffee maker can make a pot or a K-Cup. There is always some coffee left here for you to use.

Other things to note
This stunning waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, only 1 boat allowed at the house, dock or seawall. No multiple boats at the house. No double mooring.

Fresh water to rinse your boat. The back yard features extensive decks with seating to enjoy the beauty of the river and wildlife. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The screened patio run 33 feet along the back of the house The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing.

There are 2 Kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 Three person canoe and 3 bicycles for your use.

Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping in Florida.

During the summer. You can catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep-water grouper fishing.

Within a short drive, there is a mall witPets arh a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!
