King size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room, also there is a bed armchair for one person.

From Memorial Day (May) to October 1st, all guests must pay a $50 cash-only registration fee to the Fountainhead Towers Condominium Association upon arrival at the security desk. This fee includes one week of parking at the condominium and is separate from your Airbnb booking.

📌 Off-season (October–May): The $50 registration fee is waived.

In-season (June – mid-September): Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday, 7-night minimum stay).
Off-season: Minimum stay of 3 nights.
