Welcome to bedroom #3, with shared bathroom just steps from your bedroom door.

The bedroom door has a keyed lock for your comfort and privacy. You'll have your own folding laptop table and chair, comfy queen bed, closet space, a full length mirror, and charging lamp. The room features a view of Garnet Street's canopy of 100 year old trees.

The space
Your room is located on the second storey of a recently remodeled character home in Regina's Cathedral Village! The home's 3 other bedrooms (including 1 in the basement) are all available for rent here on Airbnb.

Shared Spaces
You'll share the following with the other Airbnb guests who book a room at my property:
* 3 piece bathroom across the hall from your room
*Sunroom with leather recliners (perfect place to curl up with a book)
*Living room with leather sofa and smart TV

*Kitchen and breakfast bar with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking tools and cookware you need to feel at home

Cathedral Village, one of Regina's most historic areas, is named after Holy Rosary Cathedral, which is more than 100 years old and is home to one of the most impressive pipe organs in Canada. (The cathedral is 1.5 blocks away from my property - go have a look if you get a chance!) The neighbourhood's old character homes, artistic murals, local artisans and vibrant residents make Cathedral Village a community within the city.
