Interaction with guests
I live in the apartment around the corner, but in the same building, as where you will be staying. I am typically available to greet you and walk you through the apartment, depending on the time of your arrival. I will be in contact with you via Airbnb messenger for anything you need throughout your stay. There is one additional room in the apartment which is currently rented to a tenant (Carlton) and his puppy (Cody).
Other things to note
This is an old building in which I rent a few apartments; I am not responsible for the care of the building but solely in charge of the apartment itself. The walls are thin and on weekend nights you might be able to hear people going up and down the stairs. Please be advised that although the door functions properly, this room does not offer the amenity of a lock.
Please be respectful of the other tenants who you will be sharing the apartment with. Leave the common areas, bathroom and kitchen, clean. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or food out on the table. During the week, please do not use the common areas past 11; if absolutely necessary please be quiet as it is an old building and sound really travels.
Temperature Adjustment: The thermostat is right next to the front door of the apartment. Please feel free to adjust it accordingly; or you can open windows(URL HIDDEN) During the warmer months, please turn off the Air Conditioner when you are out of the apartment.(URL HIDDEN)Thank you!
