It is located right opposite to the Southern Cross Station where regional V-Line trains, Melbourne airport Skybuses and all metro trains operate. The Complex is within Melbourne's free tram zone offering added value and convenience.

Other things to note
You are welcome to drop off your luggage prior to check-in on the day of your booking (as early as 11am). At least 24 hours notice is required. Should you wish to leave your luggage after check-out, there are affordable luggage services by Travellers Aid and DIY paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They cost anywhere between $6 and $16 per locker for any 24 hours period depending on the size of storage required.
Smoking is ONLY allowed on the apartment balcony with balcony door tightly shut as it would otherwise trigger the smoke alarm inside the apartment. Please clean up butts and ashes after yourself. Smoking within any common area within the entire Upper West Side Complex is prohibited, including the level 6 outdoor areas.
Should the apartment smoke alarm sound due to excessive smoke from cooking, open windows and the door to the balcony to let the smoke out. DO NOT open the front door of the apartment as that would let the smoke out to the corridor and subsequently trigger smoke detectors in the common area which will alert the Fire Bridgette. In such event, multiple fire engines would be sent to the site due to the size of the complex and each would attract heavy penalty in the event of a false alarm. Please note that any related penalty would be the guest's liability who set off the smoke detectors at the first place.
This apartment accommodates 2 adults generously and a max of 5 overnight. The 3rd to 5th guests will be sharing our 3-seater sofa beds in the living area with extra quilt, pillows, sheets & covers provided. Any guest above 2 will attract an extra AU$20 per night, per additional guest.
We provide each guest with the most comfortable and convenient accommodation that is clean and tidy upon check-in, and would ask our guests that please clean up after yourselves following cooking. Excessive rubbish left behind will attract a penalty.
Generally I will not be present at the apartment during your stay. However, please rest assured that I am only a text or call away either on Airbnb or to my mobile.
The apartment will be vacant (furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced home ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any stranger during your stay.
Please refer to my calendar for availability. If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book them. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.
The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you won't need my "Pre-Approval" to make a booking. Just "INSTANT-BOOK" it if the place suits and if your dates are available.
"EASY-TO-FOLLOW" directions to access the parking, pool, gym and sauna facilities will be provided once your booking is made.
I use Airbnb for both travelling and hosting. Normally I would travel with my partner Steve and our cheeky toddler Max. We love visiting interesting places and meeting new people :)
