Casa Kopal is located in Villas del Palmar, a private beachfront complex just 7 minutes walking from the town center, the perfect spot on the beach. Easy access to everything, but not as loud and busy as downtown. Enjoy our large beautiful pool and beachfront area, a perfect spot to sit and watch the waves and the sunsets. The left surf break is just out front. There are 10 great restaurants within 2 minutes of us.

The space
The master bedroom, with the king-size bed, is located past the other downstairs bedroom, the one with two queen-size beds. You have to go through the first bedroom to access the master bedroom, which is where the only downstairs bathroom is too. The second bathroom is located at the top of the spiral staircase. We have beds comfortable for 8 people.

Guest access
The beachfront common area and the pool are shared amongst all 23 homes in Villas del Palmar. We are located towards the back of the complex, it is a one minute walk to the beach. Please be courteous to your neighbors. We keep the noise down after 10pm.
