In my family house, very near to the gorgeous Danube River I offer the fully NEWLY ECO RENOVATED and furnished ART apartment, The 35 m² APARTMENT consists of a beautifully LIVING- and SLEEPING ROOM with a bed with an organic mattress (160 cm wide), a foldable couch (ideal for two additional persons to sleep), where you can relax. Free high-speed WIFI. There is a fully equipped KITCHEN with an electric cooker, dish washer and water heater. BATHROOM with a big shower, toilet extra with window to the backyard. Washing machine in the kitchen. You can relax in our shared garden and take your meals on the terrace, when the weather allows it. For stays longer than 7 days, additionally weekly cleaning, exchange of bed linen and towels will be provided for €35.-

My apartment is located in a particular beautiful area of Vienna and tourists love it here, also people who come to conferences in the UNO/VIC and Austria Center like to stay here.
The apartment is in a quiet one-way street with trees. In the backyard of the house is a garden. We are situated in an area of water paradises around.
The apartment and the whole house has a very good atmosphere.
The house is surrounded by a cosy ambience (Old and New Danube) and excellent infrastructure: supermarkets: we recommend Billa in the parallel street Schüttaustrasse - all organic food there is labeld with `JA´, bakery & coffee house `Stroeck` (open also on weekends), fantastic Italian bar `Trento` at the bus stop, pharmacy, drugstore DM, tailor, blow room, very good fish shop, very goog ice cream parlor beside the park nearby, super pizzeria ´Pizzakeller`, restaurants like `Zum Schinackl` or `Strassenbahnerbad` near the water... They all have Websites if you want to check them out.
I, my husband Wolfgang and our daughter Alina live in another apartment in the same house, in case you need us.
