This property is incredible! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time over the weekend while we were in town for a wedding. We had everything we could need and so much more. Olivia and Pat were so friendly and made us feel right at home. You will not be disappointed; in fact, you surely won't want to leave!

This is such a beautiful space. I was in town for a wedding and unfortunately didn't have much time to spend there, but I wish I had. The surrounding property is also beautiful -- barn swallows everywhere in the morning, hawks, song birds. I highly recommend staying here! Super friendly and helpful hosts

This was such a beautiful, creative, and peaceful space. Pictures don't do this place justice! Very clean and comfy, had everything I needed. Extremely comfortable and quiet. So much land to look out at and I caught a sunrise and sunset while there, really so nice. I will be back! P.S. That shower, the best!!

My girlfriend and I only spent a night here, but Olivia and her family were very friendly and accommodating. They have a friendly dog named Dude that is curious, but harmless and if he's outside he may come sniff you and try to get you to pet him. A very helpful 1 page guide was provided with answers to FAQs, pertinent information, house rules, the wifi password, and a list of local shops, eateries, bars, and things to do (with short descriptions of each) . This guest house was cute, colorful, clean, and more than we could have asked for. It has no TV, but it does have heat, an efficient a/c unit, free wifi, and art supplies (they encourage you to create and will even sometimes display your art). Pictures cannot began to do this place justice. There are very large wooden windowed duel doors that swing open in both the bedroom as well as the kitchen for you to enjoy the beauty of this property. These doors really open up this space to allow the home to extend to the outside. The toilet and sink are enclosed in a room next to the shower. The bathroom is modern and beautifully designed. The shower is spacious and fresh toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer are provided. Fresh herbs for you to enjoy are grown in the large kitchen. The kitchen opens to a larger table and living room. The whole house has high ceilings. It is full of sun that comes through the large windows and skylights. There is a warm and inviting fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living room and they provide wood upon request. The kitchen has a stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, and it is stocked with coffee, condiments, and cooking utensils. They provide a stereo sound dock for you to plug in and charge your music device. Olivia and her family live in the main house which is maybe a couple hundred feet away, but you are granted plenty of privacy unless you choose to engage. New Hope/Lambertville are 20 mins away and Princeton is even closer. Nomad Pizza has AMAZING gourmet Pizza and the liquor store up the street has gray wine, liquor, whiskey, and some craft beer. The area is peaceful, open, and secluded. It's maybe a 5 minute drive from stores and other establishments. There is great hiking in the area and the neighbors own friendly alpacas. I would love to be snowed in her for several days and I will certainly come back. VERY HIGHLY recommended.

The art studio is a gigantic space with large beautiful door-windows opening up to a wonderful field that gives you peace and tranquility. Even the bathroom was a joy to experience. We are very appreciative of the short time we were able to stay there. You feel all the love and care that's put into every detail. Pat, Olivia + family are wonderful people who've put their hearts into building this studio. We left feeling creatively rejuvenated. Thank you so much!

One Field Farm was so much more than we were even expecting. The original woodworking touches were charming and well designed. The huge windows look out over a large open space with a nearby garden and alpaca farm. Absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.
