Brand new open living villa at the very heart of Canggu, finished only past 25-June-2017. Designed and finished with the inspiration of a cozy Mediterranean and Balinese style. Its decoration is unique, as almost everything is one-of-a-kind. We strongly believe that less is more, and that's why you will find yourself in a clean and eye-resting environment, with the main goal to get relaxed and enjoy your well-deserved holidays!!

The Villa offers a complete package for you to enjoy the stay, such as:
- 3 ensuite bedrooms with King size beds, all with its own AC and Fan
- Bed linens are 500 TC cotton, super soft touch!
- Complete sets of bathroom and swimming pool towels
- Safety box in all 3 bedrooms
- Housekeeping (6 days/week from 9am to 12pm)
- Welcome drinks
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- High-speed Wifi
- Private parking

Please bear in mind that:
- Check-in is never before 3pm --> our staff need time to setup everything for you.
- Late Check-in (after 9pm): extra fee of 30 US Dollar
- Check-out is normally at 11am
- Late Check-out (after 3pm): we charge 75% of daily price

The Villa is just at the heart of Canggu. You can get to the different places by motorbike:
- Echo Beach: in 5 min
- Oldman´s Beach: in 5 min
- Samady Bali: in 2 min
- Canggu shops: in 2 min

Canggu is situated at a sweet spot, just between Seminyak and Tanah Lot. The coastline of Canggu comprises different black-sand beaches, almost all with surf breaks and yoga resorts. The variety and quality of wonderful cafes and restaurants you can find in less than 3 minutes is superb.

The countryside of Canggu also features verdant rice fields, making it a residential area of choice among many Bali expatriates. You can find supermarkets with international brands and anything you might need.

The well-known “Deus-store”, “Echo Beach” and “Old man’s” are only a 4 minutes bike ride away. Batu Bolong street is just around the corner.
