Spacious single room in a new refurbished apartment available by week.
The apartment is just 5 minute walking distance from Shadwell Underground and DLR station plus plenty of buses with excellent transport links.
Guests will have access to shared facilities, kitchen and bathroom, with daily cleaner in communal areas included. Also Wifi, bedding and towels are included. The kitchen is fully fitted with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing and dry machine.
1.Noise must be kept to a minimum when entering and exiting the building or when using the common areas such as corridors, lift, etc.
2.No loud music can be played between 8pm and 10am.
3.Parties and drugs are not allowed. Any disturbance and damage in the property and communal area will be persecuted by local authority. Any extra cost (damages, disturbance compensation and legal action) will be claimed to the guest.
4.Smoking is allowed ONLY at the balcony, if any. Smoking inside apartment will be charged a fine of £200.
5.Guests must not exceed the maximum amount of persons in apartment as per their booking. Or extra guest fee applies.
6.Guests will be charged for any damages outside of reasonable wear and tear, or any breakages caused by them or someone they brought in to the building.
7.No drugs are allowed to be brought on the premises. If this rule is broken the police will be informed immediately.
8.Please be aware of the location of your key at all times to avoid additional charges of £50 per key.
9.On the day of your departure please vacate your apartment by 10.00am. Late check out is only by request prior to departure date and subject to availability, any unauthorised check out after 10am will have penalty fee of £50 per hour. Please leave your keys in the mail box of the apartment.
10.Landlondon15 is not liable for any injury, damage/loss of personal belongings of guests on any account.
11.Pets are not allowed at the apartment. Fees from £200 will be charged if we find any pets inside the property.
12.We do not accept check-ins after 11pm, we will not wait longer than that.
13.£40 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late show up (over 1 hour), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check-in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
14.Leave your shoes outside the bedroom. If we find the carpet dirty, £80 fee will apply for each room.
15.Customer service and repairs are available from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. The customer service team can be contacted by phone calls, emails or through the website where the booking was made from. For any emergencies out of office hours, please text (no phone calls) and we will arrange a visit at the most convenient time depending on the nature of the emergency.
