Delightful cottage in the Peak District Village Biggin .Ideal stay for families ,couples ,walkers ,cyclists or anyone wanting a relaxing retreat .Fab views of countryside , many footpaths ,Tissington cycle trail and a local village pub plus Biggin Hall serving food within a short distance .The cottage with off road parking for two cars ,secure shed for bike storage ,plus enclose garden front and rear with patio furniture .Choice of two log burners to sit in front of ,when the weather is cold.

Two bedroom cottage ,1 double ,1 twin (can also be made into large double ,upstairs toilet with wash basin. down stairs bathroom with large shower ( no bath ) . Lounge two leather sofas , large smart TV ,Wifi ,Blue ray player , a small selection of DVDs ,walking maps and books ,board games .Separate dining room with extendable table additional seating ,both lounge and dining room have log burners ,laid ready to light and enough logs for first evening . Additional logs can be purchased . Well equipped fitted kitchen with dish washer , washer /dryer ,fridge with freezer compartment ,built in hob and oven.

Neighbourhood highlights

Small village with pub and country hall ,both serving food. Small swing park for young children in village ,plenty of footpaths for dog walking. The village of Biggin is a great base for visiting many attractions in the Peak District ,Dovedale , Tissington ,Ashbourne ,Buxton, Matlock Bath ,Cromford Bakewell are some of the places with only a short drive. Also only 18 miles from Alton Towers .

We decided to purchase a holiday cottage , to run as a let plus a bolt hole for our selves ,when we have a spare minute from the farm .
