A bit tired. No table and chair for me to sit and eat was a problem for me. Wi-Fi intermittent. Given the strict cancellation policy, recommend that you provide photos of the exterior of the property.

The apartment was lovely. They are still working out some minor kinks as a new rental, but our stay went well. I will say that the futon in the living room was fine for my young son to sleep on, but I would not really recommend it for adults or older kids. The patio is quite lovely but the door to get to it is very tricky to lock and unlock so we didn't really use it. Overall with a few minor improvements this will soon become a great deal.

We were the second group hosted in this nice little house. There is something the host and the co-host can improve but everything worked well and they've been very nice to us. Recommended

First the Pros: --Andy's place is in a great location. Walkable to central Greenwich, lots of beautiful touristy things to do. On a nice quiet street. --Communication and check in were easy and super prompt. The place is hosted by great super-hosts Davey and Warren. They were attentive to all our requests and let us check in very early which was a super life saver since we arrived with our 3 yo at 7am on an international flight :-/. --Andy, Davey and Warren were very flexible and had no problem letting our nanny stay over for two nights to watch our son while we attended a wedding. --Well priced/good value for location. Most of the Cons I had with our stay at Andy's I think were the result of the fact that we were his first guests in the flat. Wifi took a day to set up and I ended up having to use roaming data to coordinate with friends which probably costed an arm & leg. The apartment also didn't have some amenities we needed esp. as we were in town for a wedding--clothes hangers, hair dryer, etc. Again, we asked for them and Davey and Warren delivered promptly so should now be sorted for future visitors. I'm not going to ding Andy for cleanliness because he let us check in early. Also my cleanliness standards as a mom with a three year old are probably higher than they would have been ten years ago as someone looking for an affordable place to crash. That said the apartment could use a deep clean and some further finishings--recessed lights in the bathroom not painted, no hooks in bathroom on which to hang towels, etc. Most concerning to me, which I didn't notice until the day we left, was that there was no fire alarm installed (the base was there but the fire alarm itself looked like it either hadn't been connected or had been removed). Definitely something to be rectified before future guests come. Overall Andy's place worked out just fine for our needs on the trip and I think that future visitors will have a better experience because they worked out some of the kinks with us. And super-hosts Davey and Warren really helped smooth over whatever issues we had with their great attentiveness and problem-solving support!
