"Sérac V7", 1-room studio 33 m2 on 7th floor, south facing position. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), electric heating. Exit to the loggia, south facing position.
The space
Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 250 m, bakery 150 m, café 50 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Navette Gratuit" 100 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, slopes, ski rental, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 150 m, ski-kindergarten, ice rink, children's playground 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 3 Vallées. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du lou 1 km, Lac Du menuieres 800 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. The owner does not accept any groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
