This studio apartment has been maximized for efficiency and comfort. The decor is modern. The room is your living room and bedroom which is open to the small kitchen area. There are two closets with plenty of room to hang clothes and store luggage. The queen size Murphy bed is easy to use and comfortable for even the most selective guest. When not in use it is stored for maximization of the space. The couch can be converted into a bed for a child or a person 5'5" tall.
The apartment is located on the North side of La Crosse. This is a 7 minute drive to downtown or a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on your stride. The building itself was built in the early to mid 70's, but a few of the apartments have been newly renovated. The outside and common areas are dated, but kept very clean. The area is safe despite it's industrial look and I like to remind people to always lock your car doors and the door to the apartment. Festival (grocery store) and Downtown La Crosse are just a few minutes away. If you're in town for an event you'll find this area conveniently located to everything.
This is a studio apartment in a residential building. You access the apartment through the main stairwell and proceed to the third floor. There is a laundry room on the second floor and the machines are coin operated. Feel free to use them any time of day. There is also a soda machine on the first floor for your convenience. Before you arrive I will send you a link to your phone for the electronic key.
Interaction with guests
I'm available to speak pretty much all the time. I work in the building, so if you need me for anything I'm never far.
Other things to note
The apartment is equipped with wi-fi and a smart television. We don't offer conventional cable, but you can watch anything you would normally have on Netflix, Hulu or any other app you want to stream through the television.
Oktoberfest is a big party weekend in La Crosse this property is located just off the parade route and is not accessible during the Saturday parade. It's important to look at the Oktoberfest website ((URL HIDDEN) for street closures and events when booking during this time period. Dates vary each year but it's usually the last weekend in September or the first weekend of October.

I'm originally from California and arrived in Wisconsin by way of Key West Florida. Why Wisconsin? Well, I received a really great job offer and it was time to start adulting (that's a word now). So, I am now the Property Manager of 230 + apartments. My background is in Hospitality management and I'm also an actor. I enjoy showing people the best in a place. I also enjoy learning new things about the places I live. If you stay with me and find out something I don't have listed, tell me. I love discoveries. My family and I are really loving Wisconsin, but I'd have to say I'm a west coast guy at heart. I'm looking forward to putting everything I've learned into pract
