The well-stocked chef’s kitchen has all stainless appliances (including fridge with ice maker) with an eat-in breakfast bar and everything you need, from toaster oven to blender, to feel at home. The skylight adds openness and light to the entire space. The screened-in patio with fan has a dining table for 6, BBQ grill and leads directly to the tropical and private waterfront back yard and your own heated pool! Outdoor shower is great for quick cool off or rinsing gear and toys. Fish off the private dock, keep bait or fish in the outdoor freezer and bring or rent a boat, as the house is equipped with a 7,000 pound boat lift and there is a community boat ramp at the end of the street. Separate laundry room with full-size high efficiency washer and dryer.
Just 4 houses away from complete open water ocean access – paddle board, kayak and more! House is walking distance to groceries, pharmacy, stores, movie theater and other shops and restaurants, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood – AND less than a mile to the Sombrero Beach (a rarity in the Keys!), the best beach and park in the area! The park is just beautiful – white sand blue water beach, covered pavilion, bathrooms and showers, playground, sand volleyball courts and individual gazebos with seating and BBQ grills. Park and beach are pet friendly. Kayak trips run daily from the park and there is weekly outdoor yoga too. House is equipped with 4 bikes, including locks, lights and helmets; fishing gear; beach/pool toys and more. Rentals of various other items are nearby and many deliver. Plus, you're only about an hour to Key West and all it has to offer.

Although we are not in the area, we have property managers who are available 24/7 for any needs that should arise, and who will greet guests upon arrival.
