Thanks for the comments its always useful to have feedback which can be used to improve our home and service for our guests. Any points you've raised have been addressed completely so that any guests that stay in our home in the future will have an amazing experience. You assume correctly that it's the host's responsibility to respond to requests by guests. Every one of our guests prior to your visit has given positive feedback on the service that we provide especially if there are any issues. This positivity extends to guests who have stayed for periods in excess of a month, much longer that your stay, they never had any cause for concern. I would advise that when you have problems in other Air BNBs, because you will I'm pretty sure of that, then you ask for help in a polite and friendly manner. Picking up on a few specific points that you make. Netflix - It says in the description, that the house only has Netflix, this has been perfect for all other guests and if you'd bothered to search you would have found gogglebox that you wanted to watch. Duvet - Fair point so we've replaced this, although no one else has ever mentioned it. Oven glove - was in the draw, I presume that most people would look through all the drawers to find what they needed. Recently we stayed at an AIR BnB in Devon and not a tea towel in sight we didn't complain just went and bought some. "At no point during this conversation was there any sort of apology." Obviously failed to hear me. "He could not sort the electrics" - I stated that i was not an electrician, and I would only be to perform the basic checks and fixes. We've since had the lighting checked out by a specialist and he confirmed that the issue with the lighting was from a faulty switch not from an overload of lights which you thought was the case. If you know any electrician that would attend to these issues that were raised on a Saturday night at 5pm then please send me their numbers. As it was the problems were rectified shortly after you left. All it leaves me to say is sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback.
