You can spend a Mediterranean summer here. You can lie down on one of the 4 sunbeds and sunbathe under the Majorcan sun, prepare a barbecue in the furnished porch or enjoy a refreshing shower after a long beach day. The garden is very well cared and it has many corners to be under the sun or out of it. The house is on the second sea line and it has nearby neighbours.
The 3-storey house has 300 m2. We get into the ground floor through a terrace, into a living room with a TV set (satellite channels). The spacious kitchen has all you may need to prepare good meals, including a ceramic hob, kitchen tools, a baby high chair and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a dining table for 8 people in the kitchen.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor. We have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. two of them have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each one. All of them have a closet and one includes room enough for a baby cot. On of the double bed bedrooms has a shower en suite bathroom. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor for the rest of the bedrooms.
On the -1 floor you will find the laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Puerto de Alcudia is ideal to spend a family beach vacation. The house is only 200 meters away from the fine sandy beach. The village centre is more or less 4 kms away. You can have a walk having a look to the boats and also shops of this are through the promenade. You will find the village of Alcudia 10 minutes away by car. There you can have a walk through the old centre of the village which still preserves the wall built around 1362, as well as its Roman city called Pollentia.
Pets are not allowed.
