The flat is located on the second floor of a quiet three-storey building. The home has an east-west orientation, flooding the bedroom with sunshine in the morning. In the afternoon the sun moves to the kitchen side. The living room and kitchen areas have an open space layout so you can cook, eat and mingle at the same time.

The space

One queen size bed (or two single beds, at your request) in the sunny bedroom.... A comfortable sofa in the living room can be adapted to a single bed for a child. The living room has a kitchenette, which extends into a rear-facing area, inundated by the afternoon sun. There is no TV, but there is fast internet wifi (fiber broadband). A brand-new and efficient ceiling fan in the bedroom will make summer nights pleasant. In the morning you can wake up with a nice coffee (moka coffee pot or caspsule machine). All this and more to make your stay in Lisbon an enjoyable one!

This is a lovely and spacious flat located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but with great transport connections. The walk from the metro station is mainly uphill which can be tricky depending on your circumstances, but a number of busses stop right around the corner. Andreia is a very attentive host who helped me out with questions well beyond those pertaining just to the apartment. Susana and André, who help out with the flat, are also very helpful and welcoming. You can't go wrong with this one!

We had great stay at Adreia's home. Lovely apartament in a stylish building...great atmosphere. Very tidy and clean. Susana who was managing the flat for Adreia, was very helpful and totally nice person. She waited for us, despite our lateness and welcomed us with a smile. I recommend this host and house with no hesitation.

We stayed in here on our arrival in Portugal, and again on our way out. Both times we were greeted in person by our host. A great area to stay in--quiet, and a little removed from touristy areas--yet easy to get to the busier parts of Lisbon, either on foot or by Metro. We found nice local cafes in the neighborhood, with good authentic cuisine, when we didn't feel like venturing too far in the evening. There was some construction taking place in the apartment below us, but it wasn't a problem, since we were up and out early. We felt very comfortable, and highly recommend this lovely place. One recommendation: Take a taxi if arriving directly from airport--inexpensive, and much easier than navigating the hills with luggage.

The hosts were pretty nice and helpful both in communication and in welcoming. The flat was tidy and cute, we loved it. It was well prepared. Unfortunately there was a construction on the floor under the flat, but only on weekdays and since we spent most of the day around the city, it didn't bother us. By foot you can easily reach Alfama. We used quite a lot the bus number 735 also that brought us to Cais do Sodré. So thanks for everything, we would definately choose this appartment again.

The apartment made our Lisbon stay a nice one. Despite our trip starting badly due to airport issues, things started to get better once we arrived at the apartment. The place was clean and comfy, exactly what we needed to regain our curiosity in this wonderful city. And thanks to a few tips and directions from Susana's brother, I can say our stay here was worth it! Me and my husband like visiting cities by foot and the apartment is located at a walking distance from both touristic landmarks ( Sao Jorge castle - 30-40 mins ) and metro station (5 mins). And a big plus is the Lidl, which is just around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and Andreia's place was great! Exactly what we needed, in a very quiet area, very clean and well equipped, as described. The flat is not in the most central location but is well situated as it is close to Graça at a walking distance. There is also several bus connections in the area. We were warmly welcomed by Susana, who was very kind and available. We recommend this accommodation, especially to people looking for a peaceful neighbourhood, away from the touristic bustle of the city centre, but close enough to the places of interest.
