Quiet home within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks and the lake. The guest area is a second master suite with its own large bathroom and closet. Coffee and tea will be available for breakfast, as well as use of the kitchen. Easy walk to 2 espresso stands, Safeway and Pilgrim's Natural Market. Local restaurants within a few blocks include Syringa - a delicious Japanese restaurant, and Garnet, just behind that - a special breakfast/lunch place.
This home was built in the early 1900s, and retains some of that charm. It has been remodeled by several different owners, so also is somewhat eclectic. A bathroom was added about 9 years ago, so each bedroom is a separate suite. The front yard has been gradually converted into a cottage-style flower garden.
The den in the basement offers a relaxing place to watch Netflix, read, or enjoy some quiet time. It is naturally cool in summer, and has a wood stove in winter. The backyard is charming and private
