The accommodation provides the perfect get-away for a family or couple looking for that quiet rural retreat but within easy striking distance of the beach and local amenities. With easy access to beaches (Praa Sands) and the rugged coastline of West Cornwall, the Lizard Peninsula, historic St Ives and the Helford Estuary.

'The Hayloft' is the perfect place for your Cornish holiday escape. Little Rosewarne lies nestled at the base of Godolphin Hill within part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site. From the summit of the hill there are spectacular panoramic views over West Cornwall and the Lizard. The National Trust’s Godolphin Estate borders our grounds with Godolphin House and Gardens a short walk away.
