The space

Five spacious bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. There are 5 bathrooms and one guest W.C on the ground floor.

All five rooms have air condition and their ensuite bathroom. There are two rooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
Three bedrooms are in the main building and two (one on the ground floor, one on the first floor) are attached to it with their own entrance.

Koundouros, Greece

Kea offers idyllic beaches with impressive crystal waters, where the best two are only a two-minute walk from your Villa!
You can choose between the cosmopolitan Porto-Koundouros or the quieter Koundouraki beach.
Porto-Koundouros is a gorgeous organized golden sandy beach, awarded with a blue flag by the Greek National Tourism Organization. It is the most cosmopolitan on the island, with swallow and peaceful waters for kids to swim and play. There is a fish tavern, a cafe and a beach bar, an excellent place for relaxation.

Koundouraki, is a charming beach, with crystal clear waters thanks to the rocky formations nearby, a water sports club with kind and patient instructors and a PADI certified center with the friendliest crew.

From Koundouraki beach, the knowledgeable team will help you explore the remote beaches of Kea on one of their speedboats, organize a diving or snorkeling trip to the nearby Koundouros reef, visit the famous archeological site of Ancient Karthea town and its underwater parts, or just go for a daily trip to the nearby islands!
