This home from home (1500 sq ft) has everything you need from coffee maker to tumble dryer. We're one of the closest units to the resort facilities located within phase 1 of the complex (2 pools, waterslide, lazy river, Tiki bar, Sports bar, Gym, etc) so you don’t have to walk far to enjoy yourself. The resort is extremely safe, in a secure 24 hour guard gated site.
Don’t forget your camera to capture these once in a lifetime moments at Regal Palms Resort and with our newly decorated Townhouse, the pictures won’t fail to impress. Our Townhouse is among one of the few on Regal Palms Resort that is within comfortable walking distance for children and elderly to the Club House, Pool and all its facilities. This is definitely a Resort style vacation in its own right and not just a Villa with a pool.
There is no need to rent a hotel room when you can simply have the whole house, sleep 7 people, have 3 bathrooms and all the privacy that goes with it for a similar cost or less. You have your own catering and laundry facilities along with no neighbours above or below you. If you don’t feel like cooking then simply walk a minute to the restaurant which means the driver can NOW have a beer or two.
OUR HOLIDAY HOME
All our rooms are fully air conditioned and include ceiling fans. Our house sits within a palm tree lined street and the resort is immaculately clean. With the all the Disney attractions only a 20 minute drive away and a shopping precinct right on your doorstep, what more could you possibly ask for? (Doctor/Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Bank/ATM, Gas Station, Publix Supermarket, IHOP, Applebee's, Japanese Restaurant, Bamboo Wok, Sunday Grill House, Pizzeria, Nail Bar and Liquor store).
Across the road is Highlands Reserve Golf Course and only 3 minutes drive away is a large Walmart just past the entrance to the start of the 192 where there are a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.
We have recently had the living area downstairs tiled, new carpets fitted and a repaint throughout for a fresh new look. We provide parking for 2 vehicles right outside our door, with a sensor security light and a key-code entry so no more worrying where the house keys are.
Young ones are taken care of with a high chair, booster chair, stroller and travel cot for use at no extra charge to you. Don’t over-pack on clothes as a washing and drying machine is provided along with towels and linens.
WiFi is also provided free of charge as well as free calls within the US and Canada. There is also a security safe to keep all your valuables in.
LIVING/DINING ROOM (SOFA BED)
The tiled combined living and dining room has a large dining table which seats up to 6 people, two very comfortable sofas (one of them being a sofa bed), blinds and black out curtains and a 40 inch HDTV, DVD player. There is also a study area for planning your adventures.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, blender and all the crockery and utensils you need. It is open planned with a breakfast bar so is a very sociable area and seamlessly blends into the dining/living area.
This is located downstairs and is ideal for the elderly or less mobile and comes complete with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, dresser, bed side tables with lamps and it's own en-suite bathroom.

This ideal location just off the I-27 makes it perfect for all the family to enjoy all the nearby attractions. Walt Disney World, Epcot Centre, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (to name but a few) are only a short easy drive away.
If you don't fancy the thrills of the theme parks then enjoy the wonderful weather and have a go at golf at the Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
REGAL PALMS RESORT
This resort is on Sand Mine Road in Davenport. The resort itself is an ideal place to spend a lazy day when you either come back from the busy theme parks or even take a well earned day off. The restaurant has a menu to suit everyone and an even better cocktail list especially during happy hour. There are planned events most evenings for both young and old alike. From bingo to "dive-in" movie night where you literally watch a film while you swim. They also have Banana Jacks which is a pirate-themed children's fun zone with games, arcade machines and entertainment for the whole family. There are 2 heated pools, one with a walk in entry with no steps, a lazy river, a superb water-slide and even a Jacuzzi. Plenty of tables and sun loungers to relax and unwind.
The reception offers 24-hour service and a computer suite with printers and faxes. The concierge service can help you with purchasing any last minute tickets to all the attractions.
