Great value, very central location to everything! I was even able to walk there from downtown (20 min walk) because a Lyft was taking the same amount of time. Restaurants, bars, shops and park right there too. There wasn't a TV or Wifi which I didn't have time for on my trip anyways, but thought I'd mention if people rely on technology.

Everything was amazing. Very clean, well put together, and great location. 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a very good stay at Sally's place. When I GPSed the location of the place we needed to get to for the Rehearsal Dinner, we found out we were just a 4 min walk from The Roller Mill. So that was a convenient bonus! Very spacious with a neat view of the park across the street. Wish we'd had more time to investigate the many interesting shops in the row below the apartment, especially the consignment store!

My boyfriend and I were in town Sunday-Tuesday, our first time in Winston. Apartment was a perfect location, we were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars, with safe and convenient parking behind the building. Only about 5 minutes drive away from DT Winston (could be walkable, if you're ambitious). Check-in process went smoothly (our itinerary changed a few times, but Saly was easy to communicate with), and the apartment lived up to our expectations. Overall a great value. As a sidenote: the AC unit was loud, and the shower was small and took a few minutes to heat up. These did not affect our experience, but some guests may be a little more bothered by these.

I was staying downtown Winston for a wedding and Saly's apartment was great for the weekend. It's just a short Uber ride or 1 mile walk to downtown and a much better value than staying in a hotel. The apartment is clean and comfortable and parking is very convenient. Saly was very easy to get in touch with and provided plenty of information for checking-in etc.

Saly's place was great and minutes from downtown Winston-Salem and Wake Forest University. Exactly what we were looking for! Would recommend to friends and family, and would stay there again.
