My apartment is central and the tram station is just in front of the building. You can park for free over night. Not only is my flat clean but also new renovated so kitchen gadgets, bathroom items and furnitures are all new.
References depict I have a cosy flat, tasteful furnishing and handy kitchen. Bathroom is brand new which gives a even more clean impression.
You can access the entire flat and a parking spot, i.e. corridor, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom/living room
Interaction with guests
Ask me anything, I am a very good city guide.
Other things to note
Important information to share before your arrival. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Wifi, breakfast, coffee & kitchen usage, washing machine, towels etc.
First of all: Please note that I am probably the cheapest accommodation in Zurich. I am only 5-8 min away from Zurich`s the most popular location, heart of the lake and city centre. I am eager to offer you comfortable sleeping conditions, clean bathroom and healthy kitchen facilities. Still, please be humble and consider my place a comfortable lay over and not a hotel. No offence but I do not respect people coming here and acting like they booked a five star hotel. If you want to be demanding and high maintenance you have to pay at least 150 CHF a night in an expensive metropolitan like Zurich.
Following I am clarifying the services my guests have been dissatisfied with so far.
Wifi: I do not have wifi, I have a shared hotspot. I can share unlimited internet on my phone when I am present.
Breakfast: is not included. I offer coffee from the coffee machine with fresh and fair trade beans. You can add organic milk and healthy sugar. You may use filtered water from the pot. You can get yourself a bagel from the bakery next door (open 6am to 1pm). If I happen to cook while you are there, I will share :) Otherwise you can also cook for yourself.
Washing machine: You can use the washing machine in the basement if your trip is longer than one day.
Towels and toiletries: are provided.
Flat size: It is a big 1.5 room flat but can feel tight for two or three people staying.
What else: I can help you plan ahead if you need city guidance, booking a bus, calling an uber, etc. Just ask...
Don't wear shoes in the house.
