This architecturally designed, completely renovated terrace boasts a large split level, open plan ground floor, with combined spacious living room, dining room and 'sunken' gourmet kitchen and informal sitting area, with huge bi-fold glass doors opening up to a large terrace. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size bedrooms and two bathrooms (the en-suite has a walk-in shower), and the laundry. We can also provide a single mattress for the master bedroom for one child, plus books and toys. We’ve also got secure off street parking.
The house has everything you need for a great stay, including flyscreens to the large bifold and doors to the bedrooms, an electric awning for the sun, a bbq, and lots more gadgets.
Small pets are allowed, but with prior agreement first. Preferably small, quiet pets please.
