You will reside right on Nytorget, renowned meetingpoint and "place to be" on Södermalm. This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts"..
The flat is on the 4th floor (elevator) in an "fin de siécle" building, it is calm, luminous and spacious.
A really cosy accommodation you will long for returning to!

The space
The sole big room, about 30 m2, is a combined bedroom and livingroom, naturally divided into social and sleeping areas in open plan. There´s a large King-size bed 200x180 and in addition a sofa-bed that can be transformed into a double-bed 200x140 for the night if agreed so. Comfortable light interior. Splendid view through generous windows.
Newly renovated kitchen in fin-de-siecle fashion, providing all modern utilities. Dining table for 4-6 persons.

Jag är en nyligen pensionerad företagare som alternerar mellan boendet vid Nytorget, mitt lantställe i Mälaren och min sambos hus och lägenhet i Portugal. Vi tycker det är synd att trevliga boenden ska stå tomma och har därför börjat vända oss till Airbnb. Samtidigt ger det oss en möjlighet att komma i kontakt med trevliga människor. Tillsammans behärskar vi svenska, engelska, franska, portugisiska, spanska, och i viss mån tyska. Även norska och danska kan gå vägen! :)
