A very comfortable double room with en suite facilities. We are in a quiet cul de sac a few minutes walk north of the village. This short stroll allows brilliant views of Lochbroom and takes you along the beautiful Ullapool river.
We invite you to enjoy a self-contained room within our home. The room has a very comfortable iron-framed bed, an on-suite shower room, wardrobe and drawer space, a TV/DVD, wi-fi and tea & coffee making facilities.
There is a DVD library in the hall available for your use.
We're not able to offer any access to the kitchen or living room during your stay, but the dining room area is available for breakfast.
Breakfast includes a choice of cereals, toast, croissants, jams, yogurts, berries, juice, fresh fruit, cheese, oatcakes, plus a choice of tea or coffee.
Interaction with guests
We'd be delighted to help you with suggestions for where to eat and drink in and around Ullapool, ideas for great walks and places to visit. We're big fans of the mountains here and have walked quite a few of them over the years, so please just ask if you'd like any recommendations!
Other things to note
Our two Working Cocker Spaniels Bobbi and Charlie are very friendly and full of beans. If you like dogs, you'll love these two girls (but don't worry, we'll only introduce you to them if you would like to meet them and they are not allowed in bedrooms!).
- Shoes are fine in the house but please leave muddy boots in the lobby
- Breakfast available between 7:30 - 9am

Hello - I first fell in love with the Scottish Highlands about 25 years ago on a trip to Skye. I've been returning on annual walking holidays ever since and finally was able to move here to live in 2015. I've been lucky to travel to many amazing places around the world, but on a good day, there really is nothing quite like the far northwest Highlands of Scotland.
My other interests are mainly around the creative arts - music, art, writing - both from an observing and participating point of view. I was fortunate to be given a double bass by a good friend just before we moved and have been plonking away at that in a little band here whenever I get the chance.
Stephen is developing his work as an artist, finding lots of inspiration from this beautiful area.
