THIS LISTING IS FOR AN EXTREMELY CLEAN&COMPLETELY FURNISHED BASEMENT/GUEST SUITE PART OF THE HOUSE. It has its own Living room, a bedroom, a full Bathroom, with the kitchen (The only privately shared space) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and barely 5 minutes away from the new braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

The space
Its a one bedroom fully furnished private basement, The living room comes with a projector, equipped with cable and gaming capability, a full spacious bath (see pictures for details), While there is an entrance/exit door on the basement level my guests should always access the Suite through the front main level entrance/exit door (with their access code)

The neighborhood is very private, has a pool which is accessible to guests during the duration of their stay. Its right off Cobb Pkwy, directly opposite a Walmart Super Center, Its 2 miles from Cumberland mall, 1.7 miles from the Braves Stadium (The Battery) with easy access to I-75 and I-285 within 5 minutes and there are a whole lot of restaurants and fast food in close proximity on Cobb Pkwy

Despite the fact that I occupy the upper and main level of the house by myself whenever I am around, I barely see my guests due to my schedule and the fact that I am always locked in my work space on the upper level of the house whenever I am in, But I am just a call, text or airbnb message away.
