This unique beach house is surrounded by casuarina trees, and has views through the trees of north Broulee Bay. Two dog walking beaches are within minutes from the house. Shark Bay is your private aquarium, crystal clear and still, 150 meters across, wedged between Broulee Wildlife Island and Broulee Headland (where the house is). This is well away from residential streets and all you'll hear is birds and waves. The kitchen has a 6-point Ilve stove good enough for chefs. Dogs are welcome.

Nice place. Walking distance to beach. You get some visits from local birds. I had a regular visit from a Rozella. Broulee surf club is open Friday nights with some tucker in the cafe below.

Casual and cosy upstairs with a well resourced kitchen for cooking, easily seating 7 around the table. Lovely privacy, open feel, trees and kookaburras. Our dog was safe to roam the garden too which was nice for him. Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom weren't flash but clean and comfortable. Great place for casual family beach-oriented holiday. Rick was lovely and helpful.

Ricks place was awesome for me and my family ( 2 adults 2 kids ) fantastic location and surrounded by beautiful beaches and walks around the island. The house has an open fire place we that loved playing scrabble in font of, the kitchen is great and the set out of the house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

Soul satisfying. Earthy, practical and comfortable house immersed in coastal bushland. An open fire kept us warm for our mid winter visit. Beautiful walks, beautiful beaches. Lovely view through trees to the beach. So relaxing. Great caring host. Recommended.
