A quiet place in a quiet town. Queen sized bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry facilities.
I raise chickens, goats, sheep, and a garden (not at this location) and I like to make jams and jellies from wild fruit that I harvest in the hills. In any given season you will find the frige stocked with fresh eggs, goat milk (it's pasturized, sealed and dated) home made preserves or pickles or fresh goat cheese. I am blessed to be able to share these things I love with my guests.
You will have use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. If you are doing loads and loads of laundry, consider supplying your own detergent and softener.
There are old towels and rags for dirty cleanup jobs. They are there for your use, please dont use the new towels as cleaning rags.
The garage door opener is disconnected at this time. The door can still be raised and lowered manually if needed.
Please leave things as you found them.
Interaction with guests
Our paths are not likely to cross unless I'm there mowing or doing other general maintenance chores. I will do my best to be available to answer questions.
Other things to note
The hydrants on the outside of the house are not currently in working order.
The garage door opener is disconnected but the door can be operated manually if needed. Please watch your fingers if you raise and lower the door.
I'm pleased to share my home and belongings with you and I ask that you respect the spirit in which this space is shared. Enjoy your stay and leave things as you found them.
