The bathroom in Rm 3 fell did not meet minimum quality standards of what one would expect when paying $562 for 3 nights. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Sink had a large crack in it. Faucet knob would just spin so there was no way to control the water temperature. Several bathroom floor tiles were loose. The bathroom clearly is in sore need of fixing and updating. Apart from that, the location of the place is very convenient. Host is prompt in communications and is pleasant. Breakfasts were good.

The place was great. Close to amenities and good places to eat. It was easy and fast to communicate. The water was hot and ready. Breakfast was very homey. Will enjoy coming again in the future.

Overall, we had a great overnight stay. We went to the Polar Express and this is in great walking distance of pretty much everything you would need or want. Ernie was nice and suggested a few places to eat for dinner. We settled on the Italian Bistro and the ambiance was very nice upstairs. There are a minor things that I would like to see improve. This Inn is really a rustic historic mansion on the Old Route 66.
