You'll love this bright contemporary North-End apartment. Located in the trendiest neighbourhood in Halifax, you'll be only minutes away from all the top attractions Halifax has to offer - two blocks from the Hydrostone and just around the corner from great restaurants, bars and cafes. 5-8 minute drive to downtown Halifax. The condo has one king bed, a full office, and a very comfy couch. Fully equipped kitchen and underground parking included in your stay.
This apartment boasts a bright, modern, open concept design. It is one level and approximately 900 sq. ft. The kitchen and living area are seamlessly combined for optimal enjoyment of the space. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need from a coffee machine, to pots, pans, and cutlery. The large island provides abundant counter space for food prep. You can dine on the beautiful hand-made wooden dining table, and open the patio door to enjoy the views and incredible sunsets. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed with fresh cozy linens, a large walk in closet with hangers and shelves, and a second full bathroom with guest towels and soap. The den is a functional space with a large plush (and very comfy) couch if needed for an additional guest. The second bedroom has a lovely office for those that need to work while staying. This unit is very private and the building is small and quiet. You will also have access to an underground parking spot for the duration of your stay. Please note, for respect of other tenants in the building and for my home, no parties are permitted.
The building is quite new and boasts all the amenities you’d expect. It includes a rooftop terrace where you can sit and read or watch the sun set, as well as a gym if you'd like to work-out. Indoor parking is also provided for one vehicle and you will have access to in-unit laundry as needed. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the condo or in the communal areas, including the rooftop terrace.
Interaction with guests
The North End of Halifax has been my home for the past 5 years, it boasts many bars and restaurants that are within a 5 minute walk and I'd love to recommend restaurants, activities and day trips if you're looking for suggestions!
Other things to note
I am always a phone call away and have a friend that helps take care of rentals if I happen to be unavailable.
- This is a quiet home to come and relax. No loud noise after 11pm. No smoking inside and no pets.
