Our fully restored 1959 Streamline Trailer sleeps 3-4 adults in comfort, is only 39 minutes from the entrance of Zions National Park! It is setup in the WEST ZION RV PARK in LEEDS UTAH. The Trailer is a gem: Complete with rear bath, hot water, satellite tv, 3 comfy beds, kitchenette fully stocked with all the essentials. Plus common area bathrooms with showers, and onsite coin op Laundry. Check in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 11 AM.

The space

It's a rare restored Aircraft Grade aluminum 1959 Streamline Travel Trailer! (Airstreams competitor back then). Truly a unique experience.

Step inside and it instantly feels like 1959 inside yet with all the modern day comforts you would expect in an upscale lodge as well. When we restored this we were sure to keep the nostalgic beauty of the era, then we improved in all the right places. Thermostatically controlled climate NEW WINDOW MOUNTED AC UNIT, hot water, Satellite tv with HD LED tv, kitchenette is equipped with just the right gear to heat up some simple food (probably won't be doing any fancy cooking). It has a plug in two burner induction cooktop and small modern microwave, a mini fridge capable to stock the necessities for a couple days at a time, the original pink range is disconnected and used for looks. The matching pink double sink works along with all the modernized plumbing.

Kick off your shoes (prior to entering please) after a long day of hiking or exploring in Zion's national park, or kick back in the shade outside and read. Enjoy a relaxing lounge under the many shady trees in the RV PARK.

Full bath in the rear with warm/hot showers, brand new toilet and everything you need to clean up and kick back. There are also showers in the public area and you are provided a code to enter the area and use the showers there. Better for showers that need a little longer hot water use.

**** PLEASE BE AWARE**** WE HAVE THIS LISTED AS A 2 BATH, because there is the one bathroom in the Trailer with shower, small tub, toilet and sink. Then the RV Park provides mans and mens bathrooms with showers in them as well!

All the cushions, mattress', bedding and upholstery have been replaced, as has all the electrical (though we have used many of the original light fixtures). The two cot size back beds sleep one adult each and have brand new memory foam mattresses and bedding.

The windows have screens are allowing natural light and fresh air to come in to come in, there are two fantastic roof fans with 3 speeds and they pull fresh air through the cabin when running and a window not the opposite side is cracked open a bit.

Sit at the front dinette and read, eat, socialize or play cards together and when it's time to sleep, the table collapses down and the couch cushions lay flat to make the front twin/full bed. It also has a comfortable memory foam mattress topper, linens, and blankets located in the storage space under the seats of the dinette.

The Bose sound system allows you to connect up your smart phone for some times if your liking (and cell phone reception is generally great here but it depends on your carrier).

The park does have wifi but please don't expect to do anything data heavy at all inside the trailer, it struggles to connect in the aluminum shell. There is a nice common room in the office for your use and the wifi works great in there along with the fax and copy machines if you require some work to be done on your trip.

We do have Dish Network setup with our outside portable "Tailgater" satellite dish cube.

Guest access

OUR 1959 Streamline is setup in the WEST ZION RV PARK

Parking: there is a spot for 1 vehicle only. If you need another parking spot we MUST KNOW IN ADVANCE.

Wifi: Wifi is present but not very strong signal in the aluminum trailer.
It's more reliable outside the trailer.
Also we have satellite tv with HBO and more .

The self service, coin operated laundry facilities offer four washers and four dryers and are open 7am to 7pm. Detergent and coins can be purchased in the OFFICE.

Restrooms in the park are free and clean and Showers are complimentary.

Interaction with guests

You can message me through the airbnb app or text and i will get in touch reasonably quickly. We will also occasionally call a guest while there reservation is in session to have you check on something with the trailer and report back, but this is rare.

Other things to note

We charge the cleaning fee because it is actually cleaned by a professional housekeeper so you know you are not sleeping on someones used bedding!

The wifi works much better on the tables in front of the laundry room, the aluminum exterior interferes with the signal. ATT is LTE here. And we have satellite tv for channels with HBO and more.

Chad was an excellent host that made very detailed instructions available for the Airstream so we knew how everything worked. It was a super cute and cozy place to stay that worked great for us as a couple. The location to Zion is excellent! We would love to come back again.

We stayed at the Streamliner for three nights and went hiking at Zion during the day. we couldn't have picked a better and more stylish place to stay! We had all the amenities needed and more. The room concept is just great, there are cubbies and hooks everywhere that make it easy to store your personal stuff. The level of cleanliness was excellent and what I thought was super convenient was the location of the trailer right next to the bathrooms and shower!

Our time in the Streamline was everything we'd expected. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the facilities provided by the RV Park. Chad is an excellent host.

Charming Airstream in a quiet campground convenient to showers and public restrooms. Inside was roomy enough for 3 women. Comfortable beds too! A/C was a bonus for me! Thanks for a great stay.

We were very pleased with the RV. The park it was in was well maintained and the shower house and facilities were clean. The water heater did not work, so the fact that the showers were clean was a big plus. We did not cook at all in the RV, so hot water was not that big a deal to us. We could not get a wifi connection, but we only wanted to download pictures that we had taken each day, so that too was not a big deal. Remember, you are in an RV park with unreliable services. The cable tv was great! The drive to Zion was about 35-40 minutes each way. The park is located right off the interstate so there is easy access. We were very pleased with our stay! There may be closer places, but we enjoyed the drive and our time away from Zion each evening, as we left early each morning, and stayed until early evening. We had our drinks on the patio each evening, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was just the right size for the 2 of us, but I wouldn't recommend any more. It is close quarters with us and our gear. I would highly recommend this place and working with Chad. We needed an early check-in time and he arranged that for us. Try it out!

Response from Chad Kelly:
Hello Mike we are glad that you had a great time in our 1959 streamline. I didn’t want to respond and make sure that others who read this I understand that the hot water heater doesn’t work just fine, it is an on-demand water heater and is equipped with a sensor that only kicks on the pilot to heat the water when there is adequate water pressure running through the hot water heater. As our guest book illustrates, all cold water taps must be completely closed in order for the pressure to be adequate to turn the hot water pilot on. There is Wi-Fi in the RV park which allows for simple things like downloading photos, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal is interrupted by the aluminum shell of the airstream. It is best to go and sit on the picnic tables in front of the laundry area in order to accomplish tasks like this Thanks again for coming and we hope you will consider us again in the future!

The streamline was amazing, it had everything you could possibly need. It fits 2 people comfortably. The restroom and shower is a little small BUT there are CLEAN showers and restrooms 20 steps away (I counted them). The streamline went great with our hiking theme so if you wanna experience the full outdoor experience but still have all the accommodations of a hotel this is the place for you. I would highly recommend it

We loved staying in the Streamline trailer! Super accommodating, an easy and beautiful drive to Zion, and had all the amenities we could hope for--comfortable beds, AC, fully functional kitchen, and tons of charm! We will definitely be returning in the future :)

My wife (Katy) and I love to travel but also love being at home when we are not on the road with our 4 year old little girl and cavapoodle puppy. We absolutely love being outdoors and love to just have fun. We are both entrepreneurs by nature. We are both very artistic and I guess you could say we see life in bright colors. We love to meet new people and hear about the travels of others.
