This charming & peaceful 2 story Silverlake Hills 2 bedroom duplex is a true gem! With its great natural light, accommodating layout, and serene deck; this ideally located LA home, makes a wonderful setting for your next getaway.

Nestled in the quite hills of Silverlake, this property is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and wonderful entertainment just moments away. Its the perfect place to retreat to after your day exploring the diverse LA landscape.

When you pull up youll notice the inescapable tranquility and character, this quality of a neighborhood carries.

Upon entry of the Main level floor, youll notice hardwood floors throughout. A quick trip down a short hallway and you will be instantly greeted by the beauty of the landscape masterpiece that you might mistake for hanging art. As you catch your breath, and upon a closer look youll realize... this will be the view you will wake up to, come home to, and fall asleep to, every day. Yes, this modest piece of glass, will give you a connection to the outside landscape from the comfort of your own living space.

The living room is ample and perfect in its simplicity. Its adequately equipped with all you need: Comfortable Pull Out Sofa, Lounge Chair, Coffee Table, TV, Netflix streaming & Cable.

Adjacent to the living room there is a dining area that is fit to accommodate up to 4 guests and can be extended to fit up to 5 guests.

The Kitchen is beautifully remodeled. It's spacious with a sleek modern design and equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove/oven. From the kitchen you have a view of both the living room and dinning area. We've equipped this kitchen with all you need from dish towels, utensils, glassware, plasticware (for the kiddos!) plates, pots, pans, coffeemaker, wine glasses etc...

For convenience, a Half Bathroom is located on this Main level just off the short hallway on your way to the stairs.

The bedrooms are just a quick trip down the stairs to the lower level. This 2 story layout is ideal for added privacy, either between a multi-family stay or amongst your own family.

Master Bedroom has a gorgeous solid Walnut Wood bed with a King sized pillow top mattress, linens, dresser, and ample closet space. access to the peaceful Deck with a view of the Silverlake Hills, is located off this bedroom.

The Guest Bedroom has a Twin sized bed.

Master Bathroom is located on this lower level, with a sink, shower & tub.

Wifi access complimentary.

There is also a utility room, located on this lower where you will have complimentary use of the Washer & Dryer. This room is occasionally visited by our housekeeping staff to run a few loads of linens. This room is locked and has a separate outdoor entrance. Housekeeping staff will respect your privacy and will not enter your unit.

This trendy, and highly diverse neighborhood of Los Angeles is filled with some of LA's greatest coffee shops, retail shops, restaurants and bars. There will be plenty to do right within your neighborhood. The less than 5 minute trip down the silverlake hills, you will find you are in an Ideal location for a day of shopping and exploring this great neighborhood. If you like to stay active, you should know, you are just a quick trip down to the silverlake reservoir where many active Angelenos gather for daily exercise.

Though there is plenty to do right within your neighborhood, its refreshing to know, you're Less than 15 min to Downtown LA, Arts District, Griffith Park Observatory, Greek Theatre, Los Feliz, 101 fwy, Hollywood, Echo Park Lake, Dodger Stadium, Atwater Village. Less than 25min from Hollywood Bowl, Santa Monica, LACMA, Mid-City, & Culver City.

Guest access

During your stay, you will have sole access to this home including the private use of the outdoor deck area specific to this unit. Keep in mind there are 2 other units in the building, one below you and next to you. All units have their own entry/exit way-- and are completely private from one another.

On occasion our in house cleaning staff may use the washer/dryer in the utility room connected to this unit. The utility room has a lock, and you can simply leave that locked during your stay. We value your privacy and will not go into your space.

Ink Property Management is a friendly team of folks who look after this super neat property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a privately owned home. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let the love flow.

Getting around

Let’s face it, LA doesn’t have the greatest public transit system... However, Public transit bus 201 is less than 1 mile away.

Parking is usually readily available, right out front or within a block.

The rental is in a great location - just minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking on the street too. It's a very basic rental - though it has the basics you need for a short stay (one-two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap and towels), you can tell someone doesn't live here (electrical outlets by bed are hard to reach or don't work, hair dryer is on its last leg, etc). Deck is great, located through one of the bedrooms.

Lovely house and location, and the patio is great! Looks just like it does in the pictures and was clean and well-kept, and communication with the host was smooth. Surroundings are beautiful; would definitely recommend this place.

Location is perfect, in a non walking city we were able to walk to many restaurants and bars (.5-1 mile generally). Patio was fantastic, excellent spot to get some work done while enjoying the great LA weather. Bed in the master was also really comfortable.

A basic apartment with nice kitchen and sitting area. The bathroom was tiny. It would have been nice for the house to have some basic amenities like laundry detergent, basic kitchen needs, and more than one roll of toilet paper. I think a few extra touches would make it much nicer (like hanging the towels in the bathroom, instead of having to search for them after washing your hands). I also know they were listed as a strict cancellation policy, but I had a family situation that made me have to leave a full day earlier, and I was not able to get any kind of refund, even when I gave 48 hours notice. While it was a bummer, I do understand. Great neighborhood. Thank you.
