Log burner in lounge for cosy evenings in during cooler months with logs supplied.Garden wet-suit wash & drying area.Secure garage for storing guests bikes & racks,surf boards & beach-ware, car trailers, motor bikes etc.
Whole property including secure single garage used as a laundry area & store room for fire logs & the recycling/household waste collection.Guests can also store items such as a car trailer,motor-bike,cycles,surfboards etc.
Interaction with guests
Whenever possible guests are met upon arrival & given a short familiarisation tour of the property with all its facilities & then left to enjoy their vacation undisturbed. However guests can text/call or email the owner/management if they require advice or assistance & will be attended or responded to as soon as possible.
Other things to note
There is on-road parking to the rear of the property shared with a neighbour who also offers self catering accommodation.There should normally be space for one small to medium sized vehicle for each property when parked considerately.If this was unfortunately not available or you have multiple or a larger vehicle there are other 'free of charge & restriction' parking options in this safe residents cul de sac parking area or also out on Beach Road reached via a short pedestrian walkway.
The bathroom has an electric power shower over a corner bath however the bath's own hot tap water supply is not really designed for providing those deep,long,foam bathing experiences....but is ideal for bathing young children!

Ex UK electricity utility worker & then 15 years of professional adventure guiding at several destinations around the world so I have good understanding & experience of the tourism/accommodation sector,having offered my own self -catering since 2014. I like outdoor activity sports,am a quite practical 'hands on' DIYer being keen on the small details which can make all the difference!
