The space
Ideal for small group of people who want to spend time together... or a family with older children...

Small / medium "happy dog" friendly... extra charge of £25 per booking.

1.5 miles from town so easy walking distance for healthy adults but also far enough away from the seagulls to ensure a good nights sleep!

We like our neighbours so this is not an ideal place for 4 adults looking to party all night long... but great for close friends who want to catch up...

Welcome to Sidmouth

'A town caught still in a timeless charm’

That was the Sidmouth that captivated the Poet Laureate, John Betjeman, and it will captivate you, too. Beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, Regency history and fine hotels, clean beaches and friendly shops…. it’s all here in this lovely seaside town that nestles beneath majestic red cliffs and the green hills of the glorious Sid Valley.
