Beautiful and cozy house in the middle of Santa Cruz. You will feel at home. It is ideal for getting to know the city and very close to the shops, banks, companies if you come for business. Close to public transport (tram, bus, taxi). A very comfortable and spacious house for friends and families. The common areas are on ground floor, as well as a cozy indoor patio, the rooms on the first floor and a fantastic terrace on the 2nd plant, where you can enjoy the outdoors and sun.

The space
The house is located in a very quiet and residential area of the capital, Santa Cruz. It has 2 floors. On the ground floor at street level there is an enclosed light courtyard with a cozy living room, kitchen, kitchen, dining area, and Andalusian style indoor patio. It also has a toilet and a single room. On the first floor are the rest of the rooms, 4 rooms: 2 with double bed and full bathroom in the room, 1 with 2 beds and another with 3 single beds and another full bathroom. On the second floor there is a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun and relax.
The location is ideal, just 20 minutes from the airport of TF Norte (Los Rodeos), 10 minutes from the North Pier, close to all public transports (tram, bus, taxis) and of course with the convenience of being able to tour Santa Cruz and its quiet streets walking. It is close to the area of shops, banks, companies and restaurants. And also very close to Parque García Sanabria, Plaza Weyler, Calle el Castillo, Teatro Guimerá, tea Museum, Museum of Natural Sciences or Mercado Nuestra Señora de Africa. You will also find the city's largest gastronomic offer nearby, as well as the leisure area (Calle la Noria).
