Located in the heart of the city ( Bukit Bintang ), exclusive residence & self-catering accommodation features free WiFi and well-appointed apartments with complete home stay contents. Well equipment and well furnished, with living room, fully equipment kitchen for those who wish to cook, 3 Bed Room with King Size Bed and Queen Size Bed and extra floor mattress.

Guest can access to Swimming pool, Children's pool, Floating gym, Children's playground, Cabana, Pool deck, Sauna & steam room, Nursery, Reading room & Landscaped garden with reflective pool, as well there is Restaurant Pampas and mini market shop at ground floor, and small cafe at the swimming pool area...

Security And Damage Deposit Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit and security deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. This damage deposit and security deposit is normally equivalent to one half of your total rent, although this can vary and should be discussed during your booking procedure. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or via Online Banking. Any extra bank charges for the return of the damage / security deposit will be assumed by the client. DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL and REFUND UPON CHECKOUT Note: Refund payment method will be same as per payment method. Any damage to the apartment and its content ,and the Damage Deposit will not be refunded. Check In You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 2 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car) and they will inform you if you should make your way to our Apartment, where our check-in agent will accompany you to the apartment and give you the keys as well as further apartment information. The apartment will be available as of 14:00, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information. Please remember the check-in time is between 14:00h and 15:00h. If you are arriving after 21:00h, we can arrange for that. Check out The time for checkout of the apartment by or at 12:00. Leaving after 13:00 without prior authorization will be penalized. If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment. Number and identity of guests The client should inform us of the total number of guests in the booking. Only those persons (4 - 6) indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been made. The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two. Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted.
