Welcome to our simple yet cozy apartment. This space is a studio with 18sqm of space + loft space 4sqm. Provide one single bed and one futon mattress on the loft, sleeps up to three (2 adult+1 kid). Two persons is best (not too packed).
The apartment is located on 1F, no need to take stairs, with private bathroom/toilet, private small IH kitchen, washing machine, aircon/heating, small fridge, hair dryer, kettle and fixed-line WIFI. The room has high ceilings and good natural light (sunshine). Coffee and tea is provided. Enjoy local typical Japanese residential areas by strolling the neighborhood.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Nakano district, a district next to Shinjuku, the home to tourists and the main hub station to all tourist destination in Japan. The nearest station, Toritsukasei station of Seibu Line has the typical local shopping alley (商店街)with restaurants and shops.
The nearest station, Toritsukasei station is a 10 mins walk away, and it is also accessible from JR Koenji Line. All of these stops take you to the main hub of Shinjuku Station in less than 20 minutes.
You can also walk to next station of Nogata station for more shops and restaurants and bus from Haneda Airport stops here (limited bus schedule).
There may be some bugs spotted during hot weather.
